Our professional photographers take images which represent the stand-out features of your home, along with any special amenities within your building. We work with the photographers to assure the highest quality for use in advertising, internet and marketing. We can also produce a video tour to provide a more intimate view of your property.

ADVERTISING & MARKETING

To achieve the best possible exposure for your property, we create a marketing plan that includes placement of ads and announcements in the publications and websites most used by home buyers. Our expansive outreach includes postcard campaigns, social media and announcements in magazines and newspapers that have special real estate and lifestyle features.

STAGING

We work with stagers to prepare your property for professional photography and to present it to
interested home buyers. From light rearrangement of your furniture to complete staging of an empty apartment, staging enhances the value and appeal of your home. Virtual staging is another option we use should time and convenience be a factor.

FLOOR PLANS & NEW LAYOUTS

We employ professional floor plan specialists to draw exact dimensions showing closet and storage space along special features such as washer-dryer, fireplaces and outdoor space.
