About The Event

As home prices have continued to drop amid low mortgage interest rates and rising rents, statistical data and anecdotal feedback from the brokerage community indicates buying volume is on the rise - a good 20% increase compared to the beginning of 2019. Rents may climb further if the new law is upheld requiring landlords to pay the broker's fee for their representatives instead of being able to pass those fees on to tenants.

Join award-winning real estate expert Hank Orenstein for an illuminating evening.

Light refreshments provided. Please include your full name with your RSVP for the building's securiy desk.
