About the event

Hope you and your loved ones and staying safe and healthy during this unprecedented time.

In celebration of Earth Day I am hosting this lunch time meetup to share some of my favorite places in NYC experience nature. Once we are able to more freely and safely travel, we'll be itching to to spend more time outdoors. Feel free to bring your lunch and you are welcome to share your favorite places as this will be an interactive and visual meeting.

We'll all come away with some new places to explore!

If you like send me a photo or two with your favorite (or unique) places and I will add it to my presentation:

Please include your name so you can get credit and then talk about it during the meetup if you so desire.

All five boroughs of the city have special places to enjoy flora and fauna, hikes, walks and experiening gardens, forests, wetlands, riverfronts, bays and the Atlantic ocean. From our parklands established in the 1800's to our newer parks, there are endless possibilities to find wild places in the City, along with the well-traveled ones.

You should be able to enter the event free of charge via this link.

Please "arrive" a little early in case there are any technical difficulties or if you have yet to experience a zoom meeting. Please be on time as Zoom as installed additional security features so you if you are late you may not be allowed in.

You will have the option of seeing fellow members and being seen by others.

 Thank you for your cooperation.
