About the event

Astoundingly, the home buying market in NYC is more active now than the months before the pandemic.   Historically low mortgage interest rates, reduced prices for apartments and houses and high inventory have brought many people into the  market.  Buyers seem to be seeking the stability of ownership, which is also an investment and the vaccine rollout and the settling of the elections have brought renewed confidence in New York City's ability to overcome our many challenges resulting from the pandemic.

This free seminar features a panel discussion featuring:

Hank Orenstein, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, The Corcoran Group

Nikkie Jackson, Senior Home Lending Advisor, Chase Bank

Michelle Tepper, Real Estate Attorney

Topics Covered:   The Steps in the Home Buying Process; Best Affordable Neighborhoods; Getting Pre-Approved for a Mortgage; Legal Aspects of Residential Real Estate;  Embracing the Challenges and Avoiding Pitfalls.

We'll have a Q & A after the approximately one hour presentation.
