Here's the schedule:
30: Join us at The Sycamore for optional social time and a drink before our walk. There's an outdoor patio. Feel free to come inside to use the restroom. There are plenty of brunch and food options nearby if you come early enough such The Farm on Adderley, Purple Yam and Mimi's Hummus.
00pm: We'll set out on our journey, strolling through part of Victorian Flatbush which has the city's largest concentration of large private homes, developed in the early 20th century as a "suburb in the city". We'll also see the more urban side of the area and iconic buildings including Erasmus Hall High School and the Flatbush Reformed Church.
00- 5:45pm. Break in Prospect Park for restrooms and/or to grab a bite at the Bluestone Cafe in the park.
45pm - 7:00pm: Touring the lovely Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic Neighborhood (pictured above) and a bit of Crown Heights.
00pm: Arrive at the Brooklyn Museum (visit optional). Open to 11pm (free admission).
